Purpose-built syringe for Phosphate HR & Nitrate filtration workflow
This is not a general-use syringe. It’s a dedicated 20 mL Luer Lock syringe designed for the Phosphate HR and Nitrate testing workflows where the sample must be filtered as part of the method. The Luer Lock connection provides a secure, leak-resistant fit when used with the filter system.
How it works (system overview)
- Step 1: The syringe locks onto the Filter Paper Adapter.
- Step 2: A GF/C filter paper is placed inside the adapter.
- Step 3: You push the sample through the filter as required by the Phosphate HR or Nitrate method.
Why this matters for accuracy
- Repeatability: consistent sample preparation supports more consistent photometer results.
- Secure connection: Luer Lock fit helps prevent leaks and wasted samples during filtration.
- Built for the method: intended specifically for Phosphate HR & Nitrate workflows — not a generic accessory.
Required components (complete the setup)
- Adapter for Filter Papers — the syringe locks into this adapter
- GF/C Filter Papers — placed inside the adapter for filtration
Compatibility
- PoolWaterLAB photometer
- PoolLab 2.0
